Activities Department
Welcome to PCM Activities and Athletics Department, home of the Mustangs! Our District has a rich history of offering a wide variety of extracurricular events for our Middle and High School students. With more than 82% of our High School students currently participating in at least one extracurricular, we pride ourselves on the access we are able to give our students to these enriching activities. It's what makes a school our size stand out.
At PCM, we've worked hard to expand our extracurricular offerings by adding innovative activities such as e-sports and Robotics. We even partner with area schools to further broaden the activities our students can participate in. As the needs of our students change, we will keep adding activities to reflect their interests and goals.
Athletic Participation Forms
Each year, families need to sign concussion and insurance forms and submit an updated physical. You can either upload all this information and sign up for child for sports and activities in the Bound app (or gobound.com) or print the forms linked below. Hard copies of forms must be turned into your child's school office. NOTE: This year is the last year for hard copy forms. All forms will be submitted in Bound in the 25/26 school year.
